The Mask of Obscurity generates a localized field of invisibility, concealing the user and anything else within a short radius. Unlike simple camouflage, this effect completely removes the affected area from visual detection — beings inside the field cannot be seen even by thermal vision, Rhotuka spinners, or most elemental sight-based powers.
